Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team of dedicated clinicians. As an LMFT, you will play a key role in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of our clients through high-quality therapeutic services. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each client or family system. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in-office, remotely, or in a hybrid capacity.
To be considered, you must have:
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years post-licensure experience preferred, but newly licensed clinicians are also encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with DSM-5, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive therapeutic practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in (or willing to learn) electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Bilingual or multilingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply

What You Will Do:
- Conduct initial clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as clinically indicated
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation in accordance with California law and organizational standards
- Attend clinical consultations, peer supervision, and team meetings to support quality of care and professional development
- Collaborate with referring providers, case managers, and community resources as needed
- Uphold confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and ethical standards at all times
