Job Summary:

We are expanding and looking for passionate, licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join us as clinicians who are grounded in their craft, committed to growth, and eager to be part of something meaningful.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide psychotherapy to clients seeking support with relationships, emotional regulation, trauma, life transitions, and more. Whether your passion is working with couples, guiding families through conflict, or supporting individuals through anxiety and depression, we want to hear from you.

We value autonomy and offer flexible scheduling, including the option to work fully remote, in-person, or in a hybrid model. You’ll also have the full support of an experienced admin and clinical team—so you can focus on what you do best: helping clients heal and thrive.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of California
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong clinical skills and experience with a range of therapeutic modalities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
  • Tech-savvy with experience (or willingness to learn) in EHR platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct intake assessments, formulate diagnostic impressions, and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Maintain clear, compliant documentation and case notes within EHR systems
  • Attend optional case consultations and clinical team meetings
  • Stay current with licensure requirements, ethical guidelines, and best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues and community providers when appropriate to ensure comprehensive care
