Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

We are actively seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about relational work and systemic thinking. Whether you specialize in couples therapy, intergenerational trauma, family dynamics, or individual mental health care through an MFT lens, we welcome your expertise and vision.

As an LMFT in our practice, you’ll provide psychotherapy services grounded in evidence-based interventions and systems theory. You’ll have the flexibility to shape your caseload, work environment, and clinical focus—supported by an administrative and clinical team that values integrity, collaboration, and clinician well-being.

What will you do?

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and establish treatment plans
  • Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families
  • Utilize systemic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with PA regulations
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision (as needed or required)
  • Collaborate with other professionals and community partners when appropriate

What Makes you a great Fit:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • 1–2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred (pre-licensed therapists will not be considered at this time)
  • Deep understanding of systems theory and relational frameworks
  • Skilled in building rapport, managing complex dynamics, and practicing ethically
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn EHR platforms
  • Bilingual or multicultural clinicians are highly encouraged to apply
