Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000
Job Description:
We are currently expanding and seeking skilled and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for therapists looking to make a lasting impact while working in a supportive, collaborative, and flexible clinical setting.
As an LMFT, you will play a key role in supporting individuals, couples, and families through a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy using best-practice methodologies. You will have the opportunity to work in-person, remotely, or in a hybrid format depending on your preferences and client needs.
As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, including intake assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
- Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs (e.g., CBT, DBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care).
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure culturally responsive care that honors the unique backgrounds, identities, and experiences of all clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources as needed to provide holistic care.
We’re seeking a warm, driven, and clinically skilled LMFT who meets the following criteria:
- Current, valid LMFT license in the State of Tennessee (required).
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (recently licensed professionals are also encouraged to apply).
- Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural humility and inclusion.
