We’re seeking a warm, empathetic, and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing mental health team in New York. As part of our integrative practice, you’ll work alongside a dedicated group of clinicians committed to reshaping the therapeutic experience so that clients feel truly seen, supported, and empowered.

Who Are You:

  • A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York
  • Experienced in working with diverse populations, relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions
  • Grounded in compassion, integrity, and clinical curiosity
  • Comfortable with (or open to learning) technology used for telehealth and documentation
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality, culturally sensitive therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic goals rooted in evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers
  • Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation
  • Participate in case consultations, professional development, and peer support groups
  • Offer sessions both in-office and via secure telehealth (flexible hybrid model)
