Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Work alongside families and professionals to provide integrated care.
• Participate in improving therapeutic approaches and client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Strong ability to communicate and engage with clients effectively.
• Experience in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
