Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What We’re Looking For:

• You are a Licensed LMFT in the state of California (or in the process of licensure)
• You’re passionate about relational work and systemic thinking
• Comfortable working with a wide range of presenting issues (anxiety, trauma, communication struggles, parenting support, etc.)
• You’re trauma-informed, culturally competent, and LGBTQIA+ affirming
• Bonus if you’re trained in EFT, EMDR, CBT, or other specialties

What You’ll Do:

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain a caseload of [10–30] clients per week (flexible depending on your availability)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other LMFTs, LCSWs, and clinical supervisors
• Document sessions in compliance with California state regulations and clinic policy
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and optional peer consultation groups
• Bring your authentic self and therapeutic style to the room—we value your uniqueness
