Location: Laramie, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

In this role, you’ll get to:

We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team of professionals. You’ll work in a collaborative outpatient environment providing individual, couples, and family therapy. Whether helping navigate complex family dynamics, supporting clients through trauma recovery, or strengthening relationships, your work will directly enhance the emotional fabric of our community.

What You’ll Do

As an LMFT on our team, you will:

  • Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
  • Conduct intake assessments and create customized treatment plans
  • Maintain documentation according to state and organizational guidelines
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including LPCs, LCSWs, psychiatrists, and medical providers
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and peer supervision
  • Engage in community education/outreach opportunities (optional)

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage & Family Therapy or a closely related field
  • Current LMFT license in Wyoming, or eligible for licensure within 60 days
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (newly licensed welcome with strong clinical internship experience)
  • Training in CBT, EFT, EMDR, or trauma-focused modalities is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, cultural competency, and a passion for systemic work
