Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

As a practice, we value clinical integrity, creativity, and connection, and we’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who shares our vision of whole-person and whole-family wellness.
Who Are You:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or a closely related field
- Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LMFT (or license-eligible within 60 days)
- Familiarity with relational modalities (e.g., Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, IFS, Structural/Strategic family therapy)
- Experience working with diverse populations and clinical issues
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a clinical team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, especially in outpatient settings
- Commitment to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care
What You’ll Do:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Use relational and systemic modalities to support clients with issues such as trauma, communication struggles, attachment wounds, parenting, infidelity, and life transitions
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with PA state guidelines
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of LCSWs, LPCs, psychologists, and prescribers
- Optional: Facilitate workshops or groups in areas like couples communication, parenting, or premarital work
- Optional: Supervise pre-licensed clinicians if qualified and interested
