LMFT Opportunity in Elk Grove, California

We’re searching for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is committed to supporting people through life’s toughest moments. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to help them overcome challenges and build the future they deserve.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus benefits

• Offering therapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional and relational difficulties.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that respect each client’s journey.
• Leveraging proven therapeutic methods to empower your clients.
• Maintaining organized, confidential documentation of client progress.
• Partnering with a caring, multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline.
• Active LMFT license in California state.
• Solid clinical experience, especially with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
