Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting clients through therapy sessions designed to meet their unique needs.
• Conducting assessments to uncover underlying challenges and develop solutions.
• Implementing therapeutic techniques that help clients overcome emotional struggles.
• Documenting progress and celebrating milestones with your clients.
• Working closely with a collaborative team to ensure well-rounded care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline.
• Active LMFT license in Arizona State.
• Solid clinical experience, especially with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
