Location: Folsom, California
Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Practice Setting: Group Practice / Community Mental Health
About the Job:
We’re expanding our team and looking for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who are inspired to do meaningful work, value personal and professional growth, and are dedicated to making therapy accessible, affirming, and empowering.
As an LMFT in our outpatient program, you will work with individuals, couples, and families across a range of presenting concerns. You’ll provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy with a strong emphasis on wellness, resilience, and recovery. Whether you're drawn to work with children, adolescents, or adults—we’ll match your caseload to your passion and specialty.
Your impact includes:
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing psychotherapy using modalities aligned with best practices and your expertise (CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT, etc.)
- Collaborating with psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and ethical guidelines
- Participating in team case consultations and ongoing clinical trainings
- Supporting clients through transitions, crises, and milestones in care
What You Bring:
- Active LMFT license in the state of California
- Strong foundation in family systems and relational therapy
- Passion for working in outpatient mental health, with experience in culturally responsive care
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply!
