We’re seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and support our mission to transform lives through personalized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Who Are You:
- Active LMFT licensure in the state of Hawaii.
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families (outpatient experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Ability to create a safe and trusting environment for clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
- Passion for helping others improve their emotional health, relationships, and overall well-being.
What You’ll Do:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns.
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs, personal goals, and best practices.
- Providing individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
- Facilitating psychoeducation groups to help clients understand mental health, coping strategies, and relationship dynamics.
- Collaborating with other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for clients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies, insurance requirements, and ethical standards.
- Participating in case conferences and ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
