Therapist Role for Licensed MFT – Strengthen Families, One Session at a Time

Role Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Pasco, Washington
Pay Range: $100,000–$110,000 annually + full benefits

A rewarding opportunity is open for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who can guide clients through personal and relational challenges with clarity and confidence. You'll be part of a supportive, client-focused environment that values consistent, high-quality care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Customize treatment plans based on specific client concerns
  • Document sessions accurately and maintain client confidentiality
  • Provide guidance grounded in evidence-based techniques
  • Consult with other clinicians as needed for case coordination

What You’ll Need:

  • Active LMFT license in Washington
  • Graduate degree in therapy or counseling
  • Proficiency in therapeutic frameworks (CBT, family systems, etc.)
  • Organized and proactive communication style
  • Clinical experience preferred
