Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – California-Based

Location: Tracy, California

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Practice Setting: Group Practice / Community Mental Health

We’re looking for California-based LMFTs who are ready to make a profound impact, working remotely with a diverse population of clients across the Golden State.

As a Remote LMFT, you’ll:

• Provide teletherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain a flexible caseload based on your availability (10–30 sessions/week)
• Create a safe, supportive, and trauma-informed space for all clients
• Document sessions and maintain compliance with ethical and HIPAA standards
• Engage in collaborative clinical discussions and peer support meetings
• Receive ongoing support from our clinical leadership and admin team
• Grow professionally through CE opportunities and internal trainings

What You Bring:

• Active LMFT license in good standing issued by the California BBS
• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience
• Comfortable working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse clients
• Passion for remote work and self-motivated to manage your schedule
• Experience with telehealth platforms (SimplePractice, Zoom, etc.) is a plus
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, or trauma-informed care
