Join Our Compassionate Team as a Remote LMFT in Washington

Location: Ridgefield, Washington

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Your Role:

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual therapy sessions to a diverse caseload of clients (individuals, couples, and families)
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and attend regular case consultations
  • Maintain timely and thorough clinical documentation
  • Coordinate with psychiatrists, case managers, and outside providers for holistic care
  • Participate in team consultations, supervision, and continuing education

Qualifications:

  • Must hold an active LMFT license in the state of Washington
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Comfortable with (or eager to learn) telehealth platforms and digital documentation
  • Empathic, organized, and committed to ethical, client-centered care
  • Strong understanding of family systems, trauma, attachment, and relational dynamics
