Who Are You:
- Active LMFT license in Pennsylvania State (required)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field
- 1+ year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (open to newer LMFTs with strong clinical skills)
- Strong grounding in systemic therapy models (e.g., EFT, Bowen, Gottman, Narrative, Structural)
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive, affirming care
- Tech-comfortable and ready to thrive in a virtual setting
What You’ll Do:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns.
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs, personal goals, and best practices.
- Providing individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
- Facilitating psychoeducation groups to help clients understand mental health, coping strategies, and relationship dynamics.
- Collaborating with other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for clients.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies, insurance requirements, and ethical standards.
- Participating in case conferences and ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
