Who Are You:

• Active LMFT license in Pennsylvania State (required)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field
• 1+ year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (open to newer LMFTs with strong clinical skills)
• Strong grounding in systemic therapy models (e.g., EFT, Bowen, Gottman, Narrative, Structural)
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive, affirming care
• Tech-comfortable and ready to thrive in a virtual setting

What You’ll Do:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on clinical needs, personal goals, and best practices.
• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Facilitating psychoeducation groups to help clients understand mental health, coping strategies, and relationship dynamics.
• Collaborating with other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies, insurance requirements, and ethical standards.
• Participating in case conferences and ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
