Who Are You:

  • 1+ year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (open to newer LMFTs with strong clinical skills)
  • Strong grounding in systemic therapy models (e.g., EFT, Bowen, Gottman, Narrative, Structural)
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive, affirming care
  • Tech-comfortable and ready to thrive in a virtual setting

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns.

  • Facilitating psychoeducation groups to help clients understand mental health, coping strategies, and relationship dynamics.
  • Collaborating with other clinical staff to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies, insurance requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Participating in case conferences and ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with bonus potential based on performance.
  • Flexible work schedule—full-time and part-time opportunities available.
  • Generous benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and retirement plans.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical expertise.
  • Supportive team culture that values collaboration, creativity, and holistic care.
  • Supervision and mentorship for licensure support and clinical growth.
  • Opportunities for community involvement and building your own client base in a thriving practice.
