Location: Anaheim, California

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Practice Setting: Group Practice / Community Mental Health

About the Job:

We're currently expanding and looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families thrive.

We are a multidisciplinary team of compassionate clinicians committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that empowers clients to lead healthier, more connected lives. Our client-centered, trauma-informed approach emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and sustainable healing.

As a Remote LMFT, you’ll:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in an outpatient setting
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and narrative therapy
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and administrative staff
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education
  • Support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, life transitions, and more

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Current and active California LMFT license (Required)
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient, private practice, or community mental health setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and a passion for working with diverse populations
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms (preferred)
