About the Role:

Rooted in evidence-based care and driven by compassion, we’re expanding our team of dedicated professionals and currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join us in making a lasting impact in our communities.

As an LMFT, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families coping with a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. You’ll work in a supportive outpatient setting that values clinical autonomy, ongoing development, and work-life balance. This is a fantastic opportunity for therapists who thrive in a collaborative environment and want the flexibility to build a caseload aligned with their interests and specialties.

Your Impact as a Psychologist:

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families using a systemic and relational approach
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
  • Participate in clinical team meetings, peer consultations, and trainings
  • Collaborate with referring providers, case managers, and community resources as needed
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in compliance with Arizona state regulations

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field
  • Active Arizona LMFT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Experience in outpatient mental health is preferred
  • Strong foundation in family systems theory and relational therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation (W2 or 1099 model available)
  • Flexible scheduling – you choose your caseload and hours
  • In-person, hybrid, and telehealth options
  • Administrative support (billing, scheduling, insurance paneling assistance)
  • Clinical supervision (if needed) and peer consultation groups
  • Opportunities for CEUs, training, and professional development
  • A diverse, inclusive, and clinician-first work culture

We’re looking for passionate, client-focused LMFTs who are ready to thrive in a supportive, growth-oriented outpatient setting. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
