Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Remote Outpatient Telehealth

Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re currently seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who are fully licensed in Arizona and passionate about providing therapy in a flexible, remote-first setting.

This fully remote position is perfect for clinicians who want to enjoy the benefits of private practice without the hassle of running one. As an LMFT with us, you’ll focus on your clients, while we handle the scheduling, billing, credentialing, and tech support.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
• Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner
• Manage a remote caseload based on your preferred availability and focus areas
• Coordinate care with other providers and attend virtual clinical team meetings (optional)
• Stay current on best practices and legal/ethical standards in telehealth service delivery

What You Bring:

• Fully licensed LMFT in the state of Arizona (no associate-level or intern status)
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field
• Comfortable and confident delivering therapy via video
• Strong time management, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable internet, secure and private home workspace
• Passion for relational work and systemic therapy
