Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed in New York State as an LMFT (required).
  • Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related counseling field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience (outpatient experience preferred).
  • Training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and underserved communities.
  • Passionate about mental health advocacy and client-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in an outpatient setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with NY state and clinic standards.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain licensure compliance.
  • Engage in outcome-based treatment planning and adjust strategies as needed.
