A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) role is now available for those passionate about guiding individuals and families toward positive change. This position offers a supportive environment and steady work-life balance.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 annually + benefits package
Key Duties:
- Perform assessments and implement tailored therapy plans.
- Provide individual, couple, and family counseling.
- Stay up to date with best practices in therapy.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Work with telehealth tools as needed.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field.
- Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Oregon.
- Experience in clinical care and treatment planning.
- Strong communication and digital literacy skills.
