Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Salem, Oregon
This is a great opportunity for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) looking for a full-time role with a stable schedule and excellent support system.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year + top-tier benefits
Key Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
- Participate in professional development and team collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and confidentiality guidelines.
- Leverage technology for efficient virtual sessions when needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
- Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Oregon.
- Proven experience in therapy and client engagement.
- Ability to adapt to both in-person and virtual care settings.
