We're Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) — Outpatient Care | California

Location: Santa Clara, California

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Practice Setting: Group Practice / Community Mental Health

Our outpatient team is growing, and we are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is dedicated to clinical integrity, cultural humility, and sustainable healing. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy tailored to each client’s unique goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers to ensure integrated, holistic care.
  • Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
  • Participate in case consultations, peer supervision, and continuous professional development.

What You Bring:

  • A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience (preferred, not required).
  • Passionate about working with diverse populations and knowledgeable in trauma-informed care.
  • Skilled in individual, couples, and family therapy modalities (CBT, DBT, EFT, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid or in-person outpatient model.
  • Organized, compassionate, and committed to ethical clinical practice.
