Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Behavioral Health

Location: Thermopolis, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

We’re building a vibrant team of remote LMFTs who believe that therapy is just as powerful through a screen as it is in the room.

We treat the full spectrum of relationship and individual issues: couples in crisis, families in transition, teens navigating identity, and individuals carrying generational trauma. Our approach is holistic, human-centered, and backed by clinical integrity.

What You’ll Do

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families via HIPAA-compliant platforms
• Create and manage personalized treatment plans using evidence-based models
• Use your relational expertise to support clients through life transitions, trauma, grief, parenting, identity work, and more
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and communicate with support staff as needed
• Participate in virtual team meetings, supervision, and peer consultations
• Choose your schedule—daytime, evening, or a mix that fits your life

What You Bring:

• Active LMFT license in the state of Wyoming
• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with couples or families
• Comfort and confidence in telehealth platforms and remote care delivery
• Training in or passion for systemic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapy
• Strong self-management skills and a genuine love for connection—even across the screen
