About The Job

Are you a licensed LMFT ready to bring healing, clarity, and transformation to individuals, couples, and families? We’re more than just an outpatient mental health center — we’re a compassionate community dedicated to clinical excellence, client empowerment, and real connection.

We believe therapy should be accessible, personalized, and deeply human. That’s why we’re building a team of professionals who are as committed to growth — in their clients and in themselves — as we are.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Licensed in the state of Florida as an LMFT (or license-eligible within 60 days)
  • Experienced in outpatient mental health or private practice settings
  • Skilled in systemic therapy approaches and evidence-based modalities
  • Passionate about inclusivity and working with clients of diverse backgrounds
  • A great communicator with strong ethical grounding and emotional intelligence

Bonus points if you’re:

  • Bilingual (especially Spanish or Haitian Creole)
  • Trained in trauma-informed care, EFT, or Gottman Method
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms

What You’ll Do:

As an LMFT in our outpatient setting, you’ll provide therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of clients facing challenges including:

  • Relationship issues, family dynamics, and life transitions
  • Anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders
  • Parenting support, divorce recovery, and blended family concerns

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Conducting assessments and creating customized treatment plans
  • Providing evidence-based therapy sessions (individual, couple, and family)
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists
  • Documenting progress using intuitive EHR systems
  • Participating in clinical supervision and ongoing training to keep your skills sharp

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees).
  • Flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for clinical supervision and continuing education.
  • Supportive and collaborative work culture.
  • Hybrid and telehealth options (depending on client needs and clinic policy).
  • Administrative support for billing and scheduling.

If you’re ready to do meaningful work that makes a difference — while being part of a team that truly values your voice and your well-being — we want to hear from you.
