Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Bel Air, Maryland

We are expanding and inviting an LMFT to join our professional team. This full-time role offers a chance to help individuals, couples, and families achieve positive outcomes in a structured and encouraging environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and formulate treatment plans.
• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping.
• Stay informed on the latest industry practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy (or related field).
• Active LMFT license.
• Proven experience in therapy, applying evidence-based techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
