Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Germantown, Maryland

An excellent opportunity is available for an LMFT to work with individuals, couples, and families in a structured and professional setting. This full-time position provides the chance to make a meaningful impact through high-quality therapy services.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth client assessments to inform therapy.
• Provide therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on progress.
• Maintain confidential and accurate records.
• Continue professional growth through training and development.

Required Experience & Credentials:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy (or related field).
• LMFT licensure.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapy practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
