About the Job:

Are you an experienced LMFT looking to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals, couples, and families? Do you thrive in a collaborative, client-centered outpatient setting where innovation, flexibility, and whole-person care come together?

We believe that healing happens through connection. As a leading California-based teletherapy provider, we are redefining mental health care, making it accessible and client-centered. Our mission is to support individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges, fostering resilience, emotional growth, and authentic relationships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Providing evidence-based therapy through secure telehealth platforms.
  • Supporting a caseload that matches your expertise, interests, and availability.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation within our user-friendly EHR system.
  • Participating in optional clinical consultations, training, and team meetings to foster ongoing growth and connection.
  • Upholding the highest ethical, legal, and professional standards in all client interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted California LMFT license (out-of-state applicants must have CA licensure to be considered).
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (but exceptional candidates with strong training backgrounds are encouraged to apply).
  • Experience providing therapy via telehealth or willingness to be trained.
  • Expertise in working with individuals, couples, and/or families navigating a variety of mental health concerns (relationship distress, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, life transitions, etc.).
  • Deep commitment to culturally competent, inclusive, and client-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a supportive remote team.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specialized certifications (e.g., EFT, Gottman Method, Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR).
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish, Tagalog, Korean, Mandarin, Farsi, or others highly desired).
  • Experience working with diverse and historically marginalized populations.
  • Interest in facilitating virtual workshops, support groups, or psychoeducational programming.

What We Offer:

  • Flexibility: Set your schedule and caseload to fit your lifestyle.
  • Admin Support – We handle insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, and tech support — so you can focus on therapy.
  • Benefits – Health insurance options (for full-time clinicians), 401(k), paid CEU opportunities, and generous PTO.
  • Community – Regular virtual meetups, case consultations, and retreats to foster connection and prevent isolation.
  • Professional Growth – Access to ongoing training, supervision (if needed), and leadership pathways.
  • Culture of Care – A welcoming, inclusive, and therapist-centered environment where your well-being is a priority.

Ready to Make a Difference? Don’t wait — we’re excited to meet you.
