  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation using our user-friendly EHR.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, attend case consultations, and engage in continuing education opportunities.
  • Support a caseload that matches your clinical interests and strengths (specializations are welcomed and encouraged).

  • Strong understanding of relational, systemic, and developmental frameworks in therapy.
  • Excellent clinical documentation and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to practicing with cultural humility, ethical integrity, and compassion.
  • Willingness to work onsite at least part-time; hybrid remote schedules may be available.

What We Offer

  • Administrative support (billing, scheduling, insurance paneling assistance)
  • Clinical supervision (if needed) and peer consultation groups
  • Opportunities for CEUs, training, and professional development
  • A diverse, inclusive, and clinician-first work culture
