We’re building a vibrant team of remote LMFTs who believe that therapy is just as powerful through a screen as it is in the room.

We specialize in providing culturally competent, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families across Georgia. Our collaborative and compassionate team of clinicians is united by a shared purpose: to foster real healing and relational growth in every client encounter.

Whether your clinical passion is couples therapy, intergenerational family work, trauma resolution, or supporting underserved communities—you’ll find a home for your expertise here.

If you’re a licensed therapist who values connection, clinical excellence, and flexibility, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct virtual intakes, assessments, and evidence-based treatment planning
  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of presenting concerns
  • Maintain detailed, timely documentation using a HIPAA-compliant EHR
  • Collaborate in optional peer consultations, case discussions, or training events
  • Adhere to legal, ethical, and licensure standards for clinical practice in Georgia
  • Uphold cultural humility and inclusivity in every client interaction

What You Bring:

  • Active, unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Georgia
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure therapy experience
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn telehealth platforms and technology
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and relationship systems
  • Passionate about ethical, client-centered care and lifelong learning

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on caseload (fee-for-service or salaried options)
  • Flexible scheduling — you control your calendar
  • All clients, referrals, billing, and admin support provided
  • Paid onboarding, tech setup, and training
  • CEU and licensure support available
  • Weekly or biweekly team case consultation (virtual)
  • A culture of clinical autonomy + community support

If you’re looking for meaningful work with the flexibility to live your life, our team invites you to apply.
