Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Full-Time in Corona, California

Seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to help provide essential mental health care to a diverse range of clients. This role offers the opportunity to foster positive change through high-quality therapy services while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
  • Implement evidence-based techniques that align with client needs.
  • Help clients develop tools for resilience and personal growth.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards.
  • Guide clients through treatment options to support mental well-being.
  • Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Active LMFT license in California.
  • Expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and related modalities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • At least two years of experience preferred.
