Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Full-Time in Torrance, California

An excellent opportunity for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide meaningful support to individuals, couples, and families. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact while working in a professional and supportive setting.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current LMFT license in California.
  • Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and related therapeutic techniques.
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Two or more years of experience preferred.
