Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse outpatient clientele
- Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our secure EHR system
- Collaborate with other clinicians, supervisors, and support staff
- Participate in optional clinical consultation and team meetings
- Stay current on evidence-based practices and continuing education
Minimum Requirements:
- Licensed in the state of Arizona as an LMFT (independent or associate-level welcome)
- Strong clinical skills in systemic, relational, and trauma-informed care
- Experience (or a passion for learning) in working with culturally diverse populations
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered practice
