About the Job:

Are you a passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) seeking a supportive, mission-driven outpatient environment where you can truly make an impact? Do you value autonomy in your practice, collaborative care, and opportunities for professional growth? If so, we want to hear from you.

Our thriving, clinician-owned mental health practice in Arizona is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. With a steady flow of referrals, supportive administrative staff, and a collaborative team culture, we empower our therapists to focus on what they do best: healing and helping others thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse outpatient clientele
  • Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our secure EHR system
  • Collaborate with other clinicians, supervisors, and support staff
  • Participate in optional clinical consultation and team meetings
  • Stay current on evidence-based practices and continuing education

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong clinical skills in systemic, relational, and trauma-informed care
  • Experience (or a passion for learning) in working with culturally diverse populations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and client-centered practice

What We Offer:

  • Flexibility: Set your schedule and caseload to fit your lifestyle.
  • Admin Support – We handle insurance credentialing, billing, scheduling, and tech support, so you can focus on therapy.
  • Benefits – Health insurance options (for full-time clinicians), 401(k), paid CEU opportunities, and generous PTO.
  • Community – Regular virtual meetups, case consultations, and retreats to foster connection and prevent isolation.
  • Professional Growth – Access to ongoing training, supervision (if needed), and leadership pathways.
  • Culture of Care – A welcoming, inclusive, and therapist-centered environment where your well-being is prioritized.

Together, let’s help Arizona heal, one relationship at a time.
