Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist looking to practice in a setting that prioritizes whole-person healing, clinical autonomy, and community connection? Our outpatient mental health clinic, nestled in the peaceful beauty of coastal Maine, is seeking a dedicated LMFT to join our growing team of professionals who are passionate about family systems work and improving the emotional well-being of our diverse clientele.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll help clients navigate complex relational dynamics, life transitions, trauma recovery, and mental health challenges using systemic and evidence-based modalities.

Your Impact as an LMFT:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy using systemic approaches (e.g., EFT, CBT, IFS, Narrative)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with community partners and other providers as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Active LMFT license in the state of Maine (or eligible for Maine licensure)
• Experience working with couples and families across the lifespan
• Competence with diverse populations and inclusive, affirming care practices
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus
