About the Job:

We are a mission-driven, client-centered mental health practice supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward emotional wellness. We provide a collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space to help people thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families via secure telehealth platforms
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation using our electronic health records (EHR) system
  • Attend (optional) peer consultation groups and clinical supervision as needed

  • Strong understanding of family systems theory, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and culturally competent practices
  • Experience with telehealth platforms or comfort working in a fully remote environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a flexible caseload independently
  • Passion for making therapy more accessible and equitable for diverse populations

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work – provide therapy from the comfort of your home
  • Flexible scheduling – set your own hours and desired caseload
  • Competitive compensation – per-session rates with incentive pay
  • Administrative support – we handle billing, scheduling, and client intake so you can focus on therapy
  • CEU opportunities and peer consultation
  • A supportive, collaborative team culture that values clinician well-being.

Your healing work matters. Let's help people grow, together—even from afar.
