As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of relational and mental health challenges. You will work both independently and collaboratively within our supportive team environment, ensuring the highest standard of clinical care.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must hold an active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
  • Proven experience working with couples and families
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms is a plus
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
  • Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and ethical guidelines in all client interactions
