As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of relational and mental health challenges. You will work both independently and collaboratively within our supportive team environment, ensuring the highest standard of clinical care.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must hold an active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Proven experience working with couples and families
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients
- Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and ethical guidelines in all client interactions
