Location: Los Angeles, California
Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Practice Setting: Group Practice / Community Mental Health

As an LMFT with our team, you’ll provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse client population dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering culturally competent, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer advocates
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in our secure EHR system
- Participating in regular clinical supervision and optional peer consultation groups
- Engaging in continued professional development through in-house training and CEU opportunities
Minimum Requirements:
- Active LMFT license in the state of California (pre-licensed MFTs under supervision may be considered)
- Experience in outpatient mental health, couples therapy, or family systems preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Passion for equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a flexible caseload independently
