Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Outpatient Clinic

Location: Anaheim, California

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Practice Setting: Group Practice / Community Mental Health

As an LMFT with our team, you’ll provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse client population dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering culturally competent, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer advocates
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in our secure EHR system
  • Participating in regular clinical supervision and optional peer consultation groups
  • Engaging in continued professional development through in-house training and CEU opportunities

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active LMFT license in the state of California (pre-licensed MFTs under supervision may be considered)
  • Experience in outpatient mental health, couples therapy, or family systems preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Passion for equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care
  • Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a flexible caseload independently
