Location: Duluth, Minnesota

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Our well-established outpatient behavioral health clinic—serving diverse communities across Minnesota—is looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We are passionate about providing accessible, high-quality mental health care that supports the well-being of individuals, couples, and families.

As an LMFT in our clinic, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and foster emotional resilience.

Your Impact as an LMFT:

  • Providing individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based and culturally responsive treatment approaches.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and licensing standards.
  • Participating in weekly clinical team meetings, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborating with case managers, medical providers, and community resources to support a holistic care approach.
  • Optionally providing telehealth services as part of a flexible scheduling model.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Active Minnesota LMFT license (or license eligibility within 90 days of hire).
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health fi
  • Clinical experience with individuals, couples, and/or families in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong skills in trauma-informed care, systems theory, and culturally competent practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive clinical team.
  • Passion for serving diverse populations with empathy, integrity, and professionalism.
