Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Remote
Location: Prior Lake, Minnesota
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

In this role, you will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth platforms. You’ll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a manageable caseload of clients. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with other behavioral health professionals to provide holistic care to clients across Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing therapeutic support using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, family systems therapy, etc.).
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment strategies to address a range of emotional and relational issues.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, supervision, and clinical consultations to support your ongoing development.
- Collaborate with other providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Ideal Candidate:
- Active LMFT license in Minnesota (or eligibility to work in Minnesota).
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience providing therapy, preferably via telehealth (though not required).
- Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy).
- Strong clinical skills in working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients remotely.
- A strong sense of professionalism and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
