As an LCMFT at our practice, you will provide individual, couple, and family therapy services to a diverse caseload. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working systemically, has a passion for relationship dynamics, and is dedicated to ethical, client-focused care. Whether you specialize in EFT, Gottman, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other modalities, we welcome your expertise and individuality.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Active LCMFT license in the state of Maryland (required).
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience (post-licensure preferred).
  • Experience working with couples, families, or children preferred.
  • Training or certification in one or more evidence-based modalities (e.g., EMDR, EFT, Gottman, DBT, CBT) is a plus.
  • Strong clinical judgment, cultural competence, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Maryland state laws and practice policies.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and team meetings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, PCPs, school counselors) when appropriate.
  • Uphold ethical and legal standards of practice and licensure.
