Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits
Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
We are expanding and seeking a highly skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team.
We are looking for a dynamic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide outpatient therapy services to a diverse population. You will deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy. Your work will have a direct impact on the mental health and well-being of those you serve.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy to clients with a wide range of behavioral health concerns.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, and continuously evaluate treatment progress.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work with a supportive, multidisciplinary team, including other therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, ensuring clients’ safety and well-being.
- Participate in outreach efforts and foster connections with other healthcare providers and community resources.
We’re looking for a dedicated LMHC who:
- Active Maryland LMFT license (or eligible for licensure in Maryland).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in outpatient settings.
- Proficiency in delivering individual, couples, and family therapy using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based modalities.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and families, establishing a safe, non-judgmental environment.
- Capable of managing a caseload, maintaining accurate documentation, and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with EHR platforms and telehealth delivery is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are a strong asset but not required
