About The Job

We are currently seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to join our dynamic outpatient practice.

As an LCMFT, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services in an outpatient setting to individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of behavioral health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and more.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Clinical Services: Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on delivering personalized, evidence-based interventions to clients.
  • Assessment & Treatment Planning: Complete thorough assessments, collaborate with clients to create actionable treatment plans, and provide ongoing evaluations of treatment progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, treatment plans, and other required documentation, adhering to clinic and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with our team of experienced clinicians, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis management when necessary, offering immediate intervention to clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Community Outreach: Represent the clinic in community and networking events to build and maintain relationships with local providers and organizations.

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote LCSW who:

  • Active Maryland LCMFT license (or eligible for licensure in Maryland).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health concerns.
  • Proficient in providing individual, couples, and family therapy, with the ability to apply various therapeutic modalities based on client needs.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues, creating a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • A passion for helping others and a strong commitment to client-centered care.
  • Ability to manage caseloads, adhere to deadlines, and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Experience with children, adolescents, or trauma-informed care.
  • Knowledge of and experience with mindfulness and/or holistic therapy practices.
