Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Virtual Role in Oceanside, California

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop treatment plans to address clients' emotional and behavioral concerns.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Offer guidance on coping strategies and mental well-being.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• LMFT license in California.
• Experience in clinical therapy and treatment planning.
• Ability to create a trusting therapeutic environment.
