  • Clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in delivering culturally competent care to diverse populations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and commitment to ethical practice.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload
  • Flexible work schedules including evenings and weekends (as preferred)
  • Hybrid and telehealth opportunities
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees)
  • CEU support and clinical supervision (if needed)
  • A warm, team-oriented culture with ongoing mentorship and professional growth
  • Admin support for billing, scheduling, and EHR

We look forward to hearing your story—and helping you change others.
