Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

Join our forward-thinking outpatient behavioral health clinic as we expand our telehealth therapy services across Nevada. We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver high-quality virtual care to individuals, couples, and families from the comfort of your home.
As a Remote LMFT, you’ll provide virtual psychotherapy to a diverse range of clients dealing with relational, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families rebuild trust, improve communication, and move toward lasting change.
Ideal Candidate:
- Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada. (Interstate licensure is a plus!)
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
- Prior telehealth experience preferred but not required—training provided.
- Strong clinical skills in relational therapy and family systems.
- Reliable internet connection and private home office or workspace.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide virtual individual, couples, and family therapy via a secure telehealth platform.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Utilize therapeutic approaches such as EFT, CBT, DBT, systemic therapy, and trauma-informed care.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with Nevada licensure standards.
- Coordinate care as needed with other members of the clinical team.
- Attend remote team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions (if applicable).
